Ronald (Ron) S. Flowers is the President of RK Solutions, LLC (RKS). RKS specializes in commercial truck and bus sales coupled with fleet management technology and win-win consulting services. As President, Ron sets the overall tone for the company by meeting with and providing the primary consulting services to clients.
With nearly 50 years of senior management experience in the public and private sectors, Ronald has used that experience to provide successful consulting to undergird programs for the United Soybean Board, National Biodiesel Board, and several government fleets.
Before he retired as the Executive Director of Greater Washington Region Clean Cities Coalition; Ron served as the Fleet Administrator for the DC Department of Public Works (DPW); Director of Transportation at DC Public Schools (DCPS); Executive Assistant to Associate Superintendent at DC Public Schools (DCPS); Vice President for Student Affairs for University District of Columbia, Vice President for Planning, Finance and Student Support Services at Chicago State University; and Dean of Students at Malcolm X College in Chicago, Illinois.
Ron has received many awards; his most recent awards were the prestigious "Influencer of the Year Award" from the National Biodiesel Board and the US Department of Energy, National Clean Cities award for Outstanding Contribution and Service to the national program. Others include:
Outstanding Leadership Service Award, Nation’s Capital Chapter, National Association of Fleet Administrator (NAFA), 9th Annual Achievement Award, Natural Gas Vehicle Coalition Metropolitan, Washington Council of Government, and Alternative Fuels Clean Cities Program, Certificate of Recognition for “Innovative and Diverse Alternative Fueled Vehicle Application.”
He has served in many roles which include: Chairman of the National Association of Fleet Administrator (NAFA), member of the Nation’s Capital Chapter in Washington, DC, Executive Committee Member of the Washington Area Fleet Administrators (WAFA), and Vice Chair of the National Board of Delegates for NAFA.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bethune-Cookman University and earned his master’s degree from Chicago State University.

Korey Neal is the Co-Founder and Vice President/COO of RK Solutions LLC. He brings many years of successful commercial truck and bus dealership experience to RK Solutions through his success as President of K. Neal Truck & Bus Center (K. Neal).
K. Neal is a full–service commercial truck and bus dealership representing the International, Hino, Isuzu, Mitsubishi Fuso, IC Bus, and Cummins. The dealership operates from four locations in the DC Metropolitan area. Additionally, Neal is owner-operator of NAPA Automotive Parts of Greater Washington, a leading automotive parts and accessories distributor located right outside of Washington, DC. Most recently, Neal diversified his business portfolio to include Executive Director of Sinners Wanted, a faith-based film written and directed by The Jenkins Brothers, as well as expansion into real estate development with a new 15-million-dollar mixed commercial use investment property.
Taking the steps to learn the business from the inside out, Mr. Neal is a consistent executor of sales, service, and leasing operations generating more than $100 million in annual revenue. His company sells more than 800 commercial vehicles per year and maintains a leasing fleet of more than 200 units. Additionally, K. Neal holds nearly 50% of the market share on the school bus product for the State of Maryland.
Under his leadership, K. Neal is ranked #7 for minority-owned businesses in 2020 by Washington Business Journal; ranked #35 in the top 100 largest minority-owned businesses in the nation by Black Enterprise; recognized in Washington Business Journal's 2019 Family-Owned Business Awards; named the 2019 Emerging Leaders & Influencers Awardee by the United States Black Chamber of Commerce; named 2019 Millennial Entrepreneur of the Year by Prince George's County; named Prince George's County Social Innovation Fund 2020 40 Under 40; and Washington Business Journal's 2020 40 under 40. Neal was recently featured in The Washington Informer, Successful Dealer, and School Transportation News for his success in the transportation industry.
He is passionate about creating pathways of employment through internships programs, workforce partnerships with local economic development councils, as well as second chance re-entry programs. In addition to his roles and responsibilities as President of K. Neal, he is a proud serving board member for First National Bank-Washington Regional, Vehicles for Change, St. Johns High School Board of Trustees, Eastern Michigan University's Athletic Department and recently become a member of the Washington, DC Chapter of the Young President's Organization. Mr. Neal is a graduate of the American Truck Dealers Academy, and was most recently selected by the County Executive to join and lead one of Prince George's County's Strategic Task Force committees to support the region in navigating the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on mass transit.
Mr. Neal holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and a Master's from American University. Korey Neal currently resides with his wife and son in Maryland.
